Refund & Return Policy
Understand our terms for product returns and payment refunds
At Eagle-IOT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below regarding refunds and returns for our physical products and software license points.
1. Physical Products
In compliance with Egyptian Consumer Protection regulations, you have the right to return any physical product within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
A copy of the purchase invoice or proof of purchase must accompany all returns.
2. Software License Points & Digital Products
Software license points and other digital products are delivered instantly to your specified account or username.
Once points have been successfully transferred and activated on your account, they are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
If we fail to fulfill or activate your digital points or products within 24 hours of purchase, you are entitled to request a full refund.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact us immediately at info@eagle-iot.net with photos of the item and packaging.
Defective items covered under our 1-year warranty will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the customer.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning non-defective items.
Shipping costs paid on the original order are non-refundable.
5. Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically applied back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, mobile wallet) via our payment gateway (Paymob) within 5 to 14 business days, depending on your bank's policies.
